We will investigate the matter promptly, and if a valid claim is found, we will refund the donation amount within 30 days from the date of the request.
Event Registrations and Ticket Purchases: For events organized by OMTI FOUNDATION, including fundraisers, galas, seminars, workshops, or any other activities where registration or ticket purchases are involved, the refund policy may vary depending on the event.
